Marikana miners’ working conditions need fresh probe, says Vavi

vavi1Bloomberg News reports that according to Zwelinzima Vavi, expelled general secretary of labour federation Cosatu, a fresh inquiry into the circumstances of miners in the Marikana area is needed to prevent a repeat of the killings in 2012.
