Government raises public sector wage offer to 7% – report

southafricalogoBloomberg News reports that the government has increased its wage offer for civil servants such as nurses, teachers and other state workers, according to Nkosana Dolopi, deputy general secretary of the SA Democratic Teachers’ Union (Sadtu).
