UIF system rejects unemployment claims by retrenched workers who previously received Ters benefits

UIFBL Premium reports that workers who received payments under the Temporary Employer/Employee Relief Scheme (Ters) have not been able to get Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) benefits when they were subsequently retrenched.
