Stats SA data reveal thousands of vacancies at municipalities

statssaBDLive reports that municipalities recorded a staggering 41,303 vacancies in 2015, with six of the country’s metros being the worst affected.  This is according to Statistics SA (Stats SA) data from its nonfinancial municipal census, released last week.
