State loses application to have PSCBC arbitration over public wage increases postponed pending separate labour court case

PSCBCBusinessLive reports that the government lost its first court battle on public sector wage increases, after its attempt to have arbitration proceedings at the Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) postponed was dismissed by the Labour Court.
