SMU vice-chancellor Mbati hits back at Mapelane over re-opening of old sexual harassment case

parliamentSunday Independent reports that according to Professor Peter Mbati, vice-chancellor of Sefako Makgatho University (SMU), the chairperson of Parliament’s portfolio committee on higher education and training, Phillemon Mapulane, has launched an unlawful judicial process to review sexual harassment allegations of which he was cleared almost 10 years ago.
