Return of foreign mineworkers taking double the planned time

MineralsCouncilSAMining Weekly reports that the return of the 12,500 foreign mineworkers to SA’s mines is taking double the time planned.  The Minerals Council SA’s initial ten-day plan has become a 20-day plan because of the need to overcome bottlenecks.
