Retirement funds must hear members’ complaints before they are referred to the adjudicator

pfaBusinessLive reports that if members have complaints about their retirement funds, they must give the funds an opportunity to resolve their problems before they complain to the Pension Funds Adjudicator (PFA), the adjudicator’s office has indicated.
