Popcru threatens legal action over SAPS restructuring process

sapsEWN reports that the Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union (Popcru) says it will take police management to court to stop the current restructuring process in the SA Police Service (SAPS) and the implementation of the so-called ‘Back to Basics’ programme.
