Numsa's urgent application to get Cosatu congress to consider its expulsion dismissed

gavel thumb100 News24 reports that the National Union of Metalworkers of SA’s (Numsa’s) urgent application to be able to appeal its expulsion from Cosatu at the labour federation’s special national congress (SNC) to be held in July has been thrown out of the High Court in Johannesburg.
