North West farmer, son found guilty of killing employee by electrocution want to appeal

gavel thumb100 Sowetan reports that farmer Mathys Cloete, 72, and his son Daniel, 36, who were found guilty by the North West High Court of murdering their farmworker and sentenced to 18 years and 24 years respectively are set to approach the Supreme Court of Appeal in a bid to stay out of prison.
