BDLive reports that counsel for Khulubuse Zuma argued on Monday that he should be treated “differently” to other directors of Aurora Empowerment Systems, when the High Court decides whether to declare that Aurora’s directors acted recklessly and fraudulently in their botched 2009 attempt to buy Pamodzi Gold’s East Rand and Orkney mines.
