Labour Court dismisses bid by union to halt SABC retrenchment process

sabcFin24 reports that the Labour Court has dismissed an urgent application by a union representing SA Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) employees to force the public broadcaster to rescind retrenchment letters issued to about 400 workers.
