Joburg licensing strike to resume on 24 December and could hit roadblocks

joburgcityThe Star reports that the City of Johannesburg has obtained a court order against striking SA Municipal Workers’ Union (Samwu) members at its licensing centres.  This came after the head of the department of public safety met with Samwu representatives on Monday.
