concourtLandbou reports that in a Constitutional Court judgment, the Commercial Stevedoring Agricultural & Allied Workers’ Union (CSAAWU) has been ordered to bear the costs in a drawn-out case brought against Steytler Boerdery of Robertson following the 2012 De Doorns unrest.
