For past five years, twenty municipal employees have received salary payments from Emfuleni as well as from Sedibeng

EmfuleniSunday Independent reports that an audit report has found that at least 20 employees of Emfuleni Local Municipality have been double-dipping and drawing salaries from Sedibeng District Municipality.
