FMF’s challenge to compulsory extension of bargaining council agreements delayed until 2016

freemarketfoundationBDLive reports that the Free Market Foundation (FMF) said on Tuesday its Constitutional Court challenge to the constitutionality of Section 32 of the Labour Relations Act, which compels the Department of Labour to extend agreements reached in bargaining councils, is now likely to be heard in February 2016 instead of November.
