Fine print means boss must pay severance even though manager voluntarily resigned

labourcourtsSunday Times reports that the Labour Court has ordered Brandon Lourens, owner of the World Luxury Hotel Awards, to pay his former manager close to R800,000, which is inclusive of a severance payment of over R240,000, even though she resigned.
