eThekwini official and two others arrested for payments to ‘ghost’ EPWP employees

durbanSunday Tribune reports that three men, including an eThekwini municipal official, who allegedly defrauded the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) by creating ghost employees, were arrested by the Hawks last week.
