Eighty-three police officers killed in the line of duty in 2015

sapsSABC News reports that in 2015, 83 police officers across the country lost their lives in the line of duty – leaving behind distraught families and colleagues.  Gauteng had the highest number of killings, followed by KwaZulu-Natal where just last week an officer was killed.
