D-day for high-ranking municipal officials without requisite qualifications

southafricalogoBDLive reports that after an eight-year grace period, time has run out for municipalities to ensure high-ranking officials are suitably qualified.  The Treasury and the Department of Co-operative Governance (Cogta) said on Wednesday there would be no extensions.
