Court reserves judgment as TAC and Sonke push for entry into mining silicosis class action case

gavel thumb100 Mining Weekly Online reports that the South Gauteng High Court on Tuesday reserved judgement on whether the Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) and Sonke Gender Justice will be allowed to appear as amici curiae (friends of the court) in what could be SA’s first class action against the gold industry.
