Comair says Numsa can’t strike at BA, Kulula before CCMA hears dispute in January

numsaANA reports that Comair Limited said on Wednesday a strike planned by ground staff affiliated to the National Union of Metalworkers of SA (Numsa) could not go ahead legally as the CCMA was unable to hear the dispute between the parties until January 2019.
