Closure of Hout Bay fish plant to appease ‘champagne and caviar crowd’ outrages Cosatu

cosatuFin24 reports that Cosatu reacted on Tuesday to fishing group Oceana’s announcement on 14 August that it would be closing its Hout Bay operation due to the City of Cape Town’s introduction of new air regulations by saying that the “champagne and caviar crowd of Hout Bay who have little regard for the working families”, should not be appeased.
