Another licensing official bust for fraud, with 95 having been arrested in past financial year

handcuffsIndependent News reports that according to the national traffic anti-corruption unit of the Road Traffic Management Unit (RTMC), together with the Hawks, at least 95 officials from licensing departments around the country have been arrested on suspicion of fraud and corruption in the past financial year.
