Relief as JHB City Power strike is postponed

citypowerTimesLive reports that the threatened strike that could have crippled Johannesburg’s power supply has been averted.  This emerged on Thursday after City Power’s chairman, the Rev Frank Chikane, and other board members met the SA Municipal Workers’ Union (Samwu) to discuss solutions to the union’s grievances.
