This is good news and makes for interesting reading but unfortunately the jobs have been created within the government sector and are not sustainable.  We need the private sector to created jobs and this will only be done once the private sector can feel that the stranglehold of regulation is not at its throat.  We all understand that certain laws are absolutely necessary and should be applicable in all instances but we have gone overboard in the labour regulatory environment.  It is  a truism to say that the less government interference the more business activity.
