Police probe ex-Nedlac boss who is now Labour Minister’s special advisor

nedlacSowetan writes that former Nedlac boss Herbert Mkhize, now Labour Minister Mildred Oliphant’s special adviser, allegedly blew R1.5-million of taxpayers’ money on flights for himself and his wife, groceries, nappies, toys, toilet paper and traffic fines, among other things when he was at Nedlac.
