Popcru move to protect policemen involved in Marikana ‘massacre’

popcruBDLive reports that the Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union (Popcru) wants its national congress to adopt a resolution that will shield its members, who were serving the state as law officers, from possible prosecution for their role in the shooting of protestors at Marikana in August 2012.
