'Performance bonuses' worth R7m paid to Free State municipal officials

free stateEWN reports that it was emerged that senior municipal officials across several Free State municipalities have received performance bonuses of more than R7 million during the 2013/2014 financial year, despite the municipalities owing other government utilities millions.
