‘Not unconstitutional’ to ban relatives of politicians from doing business with the state, but ANC doesn’t agree

ancFinancial Mail reports that according to a legal opinion presented at the National Economic Development & Labour Council (Nedlac), a draft law banning family members and close associates of politically exposed persons (PEPs) won’t infringe on the rights of those individuals and won’t be unconstitutional.
