ConCourt to hear Legal Aid’s appeal on funding for Marikana miners’ lawyers

legalaidsaNews24 reports that the Constitutional Court (ConCourt) is due on Thursday to hear an application for leave to appeal a ruling which compelled Legal Aid SA (LA) to fund the legal representatives of miners at the Marikana Commission of Inquiry.
