Prasa slammed by City for neglecting Cape Town's busiest train line

prasaCape Argus reports that the City of Cape Town’s transport portfolio committee has slammed the Passenger Rail Agency of SA (Prasa) for failing to get the Central Line up and running, claiming that the agency has completely neglected the busiest line in Cape Town, even before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred.
