With state seeking to get 2018 public sector wage agreement declared unconstitutional, new wage negotiations unlikely before March 2021

southafricalogoBL Premium reports that public sector wage negotiations are unlikely to take place before the start of the next financial year as the government has asked the Labour Court (LC) to declare enforcement of the current agreement unlawful on the basis that it breached the constitution.
