At 5%, Covid-19 infection rate among SA health workers well below global average of 10%

healthcareNews24 reports that the health ministry announced on Thursday that a total of 27,360 hospital workers, inclusive of doctors, nurses, porters and other hospital staff, have contracted Covid-19 in SA since the start of the outbreak.
