SAA rescue practitioners fail in bid to overturn ruling that layoff notices can’t be issued before business plan finalised

saa thumb medium95 76BusinessLive reports that the Labour Appeal Court (LAC) has dismissed a bid by the business rescue practitioners (BRPs) for SA Airways (SAA) to overturn a lower court ruling ordering them not to issue retrenchment notices to the airline’s employees before finalising a rescue plan.
