Gold Fields CEO’s R28m pay causes dissent at AGM

nickhollandBDLive reports that of the 633.9-million shares voted at Gold Fields’ annual meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, more than 133-million voted against the company’s remuneration policy, while another 46.5-million abstained.
