Make advance driving a compulsory skill for all public transport drivers, says Gauteng MEC

gautengPretoria News reports that if Gauteng MEC Jacob Mamabolo has his way, all public transport drivers could soon be forced to have advanced driving licences as a means of curbing fatalities on the roads.
