Solidarity goes to court over employment equity recommendations in SAHRC report

SolidarityANA reports that trade union Solidarity will ask the Labour Court in Johannesburg on Wednesday to oblige the government to implement the recommendations of a report on employment equality released by the SA Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) about 18 months ago.
