gavel thumb100 ANA reports that the United Domestic Workers of SA (Udwosa) indicated on Friday that the North Gauteng High Court had ruled that the exclusion of domestic workers from definition of ‘employee’ in the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (Coida) was unconstitutional.
