Parent who beat North West teacher with an umbrella gets R2,000 bail

gavel thumb100 ANA reports that a 40-year-old woman, accused of beating a teacher with an umbrella “to teach her a lesson”, was granted bail at the Mankwe Magistrate Court in Mogwase on Tuesday.
