ConCourt reserves judgment in Metrobus ticket irregularity dismissal case

concourtThe Star reports that the Constitutional Court (ConCourt) has reserved judgment in an application for leave to appeal by a Metrobus driver, Sizwe Myathaza, who was suspended in 2007 for alleged ticket irregularities and subsequently fired.
